About the Role

Digital Marketing

  • Planning, executing and tracking digital marketing campaigns (email campaigns, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid digital media, etc.)

  • Oversee social media strategies

  • Maintain our company in the top of SEO/SEM

  • Developing creative engaging content that is consistent with brand guidelines for implementing in social media and website. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of the company

  • Write, design and optimize contents of the social media: Facebook, Website, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms with a schedule of activity to expand our social media audience base

  • Provide ongoing campaign and reports including ROI analysis

  • Attain key indicators such as reducing website bounce rate, increasing dwell time improving conversion

  • Review technologies keep the company at the forefront development digital marketing

  • Initiate new tools for better managing social media effectively

  • Track and analyze company website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

  • Monitor, report and analyze results to improve performance (media reports, SEM and contest/email campaign analytics, and making recommendations)

Other Offline Marketing Tasks

  • Build branding and marketing campaigns

  • Maintain consistent branding across multiple-brands

  • Coordinate all company's events

  • Work with suppliers on marketing materials’ production to make sure it follows brand guideline

  • Manage marketing stocks


  • Work closely with other related departments to support products/services communication plan

  • Ensure good communication both internally and externally

Other Duties

  • Assist our management with other tasks as required

  • Take initiative in doing other tasks appropriately



  • Holds a Bachelor Degree of in Marketing or related degree with at least 4-year relevant work experience in marketing and branding

  • Good knowledge of social media development, marketing, and event management

  • Good understanding of digital marketing


  • An out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable to a dynamic environment

  • Strong oral and written communication skill in English and Khmer, and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally

  • Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality

  • Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrators
