Responsible for the management of the service operations.
Indepth knowledge of different manufacturer to ensure vehicles are serviced in line with the manufacturers specifications
Ability to manage the utilization of technicians to ensure the dealership achieves the highest possible productivity and efficiency levels.
Ensure the operation maintains the highest level of communication with its customers to ensure all customer commitments are met.
Maintain the great customer service and communication with all company stakeholders
Coaching and mentoring of staff to ensure any skills gaps are identified and training plans are put in place to close down any gaps in staff competency.
Ability to generate reports and maintain all operational KPIs.
Be a passionate leader that leads by taking initiative and by examples
5+ years of hands on operational management
Demonstrated sound management of service department experience
Experience in leading and developing teams
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a customer experience of the highest standards
Experience in working to KPI's and maximizing profitability
Experience in preparing reports and efficient procedures to deliver tasks on schedule
Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
Immaculate professional presentation and communication
Good computer skills
English highly preferred
