About the Role
Develop, lead, implement and communicate successful account plans. Liaise with relevant functional and international parties to achieve the plan objectives.
Primary focus in the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales in identified industries/markets or over a range of established multinational or local accounts.
Meet and exceed sales targets by focused account coverage and operational application of the key regional initiatives.
Take full responsibility for the forecast and consistent overachievement of goals Nurture and grow a pipeline of existing leads
Analyze customer’s business requirements and applications objectives using FMCG Sales processes and methodologies and present the outcome to the customers.
Prepare quotations, tenders and sales proposals.
Coordinate and oversee demonstrations and presentations of FMCG products and services when appropriate. Negotiate price within the parameters of FMCG’s sales/marketing policy
Maintain an accurate and up to date sales funnel to ensure visibility of qualified opportunities
Conduct client meetings to discuss business issues, potential opportunities for value from FMCG solutions and develop long term engagement plans with clients
Manage customer relations and ensure that customers are satisfied with FMCG’s product and services.
Ensure that regular contact is maintained with customers. Respond to customer complaints
Responsible to develop proposals to address customer requirements and negotiate acceptance of terms and associated timelines
Orchestration of internal resources including; support, professional services, pre-sales and R&D to ensure successful client projects
Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree
5-8 years of Sales experience in business process consulting within supply chain or manufacturing.
Proven Sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
Industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels (including B2B for both local and international markets in hospitality, food and beverage industry experience is preferred)
Translate client needs into a complete solution
Experience selling or providing consulting services on tourism, distributors is advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
