About the Role

1. Managing customers in full cycle procedure

2. Identifies, develops and evaluates sales/lease strategy based on

knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost

& mark up factors.

3. Other ad-hoc works as assigned

4. Follow up & attend to complaints/feedback or inquiries

5. Maintain good relationship with landlord/tenants by rendering

prompt service & response at all times

6. Handling & fast react on emergency incidents

7. Conducts sales/lease presentations to prospective clients

8. Plan & Carry out creative marketing activities

9. Prepares daily/monthly reports to Management

10. Capable in managing & preparing office back end support

(Administration in Sales/Lease Documentation related)

11. Manage sales, tenancy & lease arrangement – including managing

new leases, monitoring and managing lease/tenancy renewals,

rental arrears.

12. Grow and maintain relationship with partners, existing and

potential tenants.


- Degree holder

- Min 5 yrs of experience

- Excellent command of written and spoken in English & Chinese.

Khmer will be a plus

- Good customer relation management & interpersonal skills

- Able to work under pressure

- Able to work irregular hours when is required

- Initiative and able to work independently

- Savvy in using system or PC literate
